We had a kitchen tour on the boat. The guy on the right is our assistant waiter at dinner. Serdar (pronounced "SAR-dar"....OK Paul??!!!!!) hehe
The waiters bring up all the food to the dining room with these escalators from the kitchen.
They serve 13,000 meals each day, on this particular ship. Wow. It's an amazing process!
