Well it's been a busy week! Getting reorganized after VBS last week..plus an unexpected over night camping trip with the youth to Pelee Island (we found out they needed extra help an hour before they left..and off we went!) We had a GREAT time and were so glad we were able to go!
Unfortunately, it seems I was attacked by sand fleas (as I was in the sand and got TONS of bites, and Shaun has no bites..but was not in the sand!)
So the past 3 days I have been attending to the WORST bites I've ever had! I didn't really know there was any difference in bites..but these are so itchy they wake me up during the night!
I've tried After Bite, Calomine Lotion, toothpaste, rubbing alcohol, melaleuca oil, face cloth dipped in ice cold water....and more!! Nothing seems to quite take the itch away, although I have to say, mela oil, toothpaste, and an ice cold cloth seem to be the best so far. If you have any suggestions, please let me know!!
I am feeling great..starting to feel "pregnant" now! Lots of moving around in there...so it's getting exciting!
We did our baby registry today at Babies R Us, so that was fun!
We are looking forward to meeting up with my sister and her husband this week as well..and it will be great to see them!

Super Hero Camp, 2010!

This was the Sunday before VBS started - decorating day! But because I'm pregnant, and wasn't feeling so great, Joanne & friends insisted I be pushed around in the wheel chair, and only be allowed to walk 30 minutes out of every hour! You'd think my Mom was here!

We're Having.....A BABY GIRL!!!!!!
We are thrilled with the news of a BABY GIRL on the way!
I had an ultra sound this afternoon, and we were so blessed to have a wonderful lady, who was bound and determined to figure out the gender of the baby (no matter how long it took!)
I am just about 19 weeks, and am healthy, and doing great! Seem to be past the nausea stage, so that is a blessing!
The kids at VBS this week have been waiting for tomorrow's news...and we are excited to be able to share it with them!
Shaun is SO beyond excited! I think this made the whole experience more "real" to him, as he isn't the one feeling the baby growing, and I'm not showing very much yet.
It's been a busy VBS week, but when all slows down, I will post some long overdue pictures.

Thankfulness Continues...
121) Beautiful Essex weather! I just LOVE the heat!
122) Air Conditioning in our homes to get us through the wonderful heat!
123) Special friends that continue to make us HOME MADE ROLLS!!! My favourite! Thank you for thinking of us :)
124) Lots of people, coming together, to get ready for our VBS week!
