New Beginnings!

We arrived home last night, after a great time in Halifax visiting with family and friends.

When I woke up this morning, I felt it was time to sit down, take a few moments, and think about the new year, and the changes I want to see in 2010. I realize that just because the year changed from 2009 to 2010, does not magically mean that things will be different. Every change requires effort, and means doing something that I did not do before. But a new year does give some sense of a new start, and I want to capitalize on that!

I have written out my goals for this new year, and pray that I will follow through on these goals as the months continue.

As I was pondering this morning, I came across some quotes. Many of these quotes do not have authors, as they were not listed on the website.

"So we make it our goal to please Him". 2 Corinthians 5:9

"When it is obvious that the goals cannot be reached, don't adjust the goals, adjust the action steps".

"Beginning is easy - continuing hard".
